What are the main communication takeaways?
Intentional use of grand and micro gestures (pincer, open palms, karate chop). This creates even more impact in her messaging and makes her words memorable.
Locking and holding eye contact. She uses direct eye contact consistently.
Simple and clear message: The clarity in her message makes it easy for everyone in the audience to connect. She also provides excellent examples that are relatable.
How She Could Improve:
Consider a smile and glimpse of warmth - Her messaging is direct, which helps her come off as powerful and knowledgeable. She could increase warmth for some variety.
Use of some qualifiers and weaker words which diminish the strength of her message, such as "I think", "I mean", "actually", "things"
